I believe you cannot really tell that anything is missing. I play all my Bach scores with a capo at the third fret. But, of course, this is not required.
I spent many, many hours fingering this piece and I always fully finger my scores in TABLEDIT. I hope this is not a problem. I could also send anyone the TABLEDIT (.tef) file so that you can play this (as a midi) with the free TABLEDIT player. Enjoy, Henry.
